金吾财讯 | 百胜中国(09987)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度，股东应占净利润9.11亿元(美元，下同)，同比增长10.16%；每股基本盈利2.34元。派现金股息每股0.24元。期内，公司收入113.03亿元，同比增长2.96%，主要由于净新增门店贡献7%，部分被因客单价下降及同店交易量增长带来的同店销售额下降抵销。经营利润增加5%或8%（不计及外币换算的影响28百万美元）。期内，餐厅收入106.51亿元，同比增长2.50%。系统销售额同比增长5%，不计及外币换算影响。该增长主要得益于7%的净新增门店贡献。同店销售额达去年同期水平的97%。门店总数增长12%，净新增门店1,751家，其中加盟店有512家，约占净新增门店总数的29%。展望未来，2025财年，公司预计净新增约1,600至1,800家门店，资本支出介乎约7亿至8亿美元之间。
公司计划在2024年已回馈15亿美元的基础上，在2025年至2026年间向股东回馈30亿美元。
另外，公司预计在未来几年内，肯德基和必胜客净新增门店中加盟店的比例将分别逐步增加到40–50%和20–30%。
