东方资管一分公司总经理被禁止从事银行业5年
蓝鲸新闻2月28日讯（记者 黄玉洁）日前，国家金融监督管理总局天津监管局发布一则行政处罚信息，时任中国东方资产管理股份有限公司天津市分公司总经理张晨光因资产风险分类不准确、通过追加投资名义违规提供融资、外审发现问题整改不到位，被禁止从事银行业工作5年。
国家金融监督管理总局2024年对金融资产管理公司（AMC）的监管呈现高压态势。最新监管数据显示，截至当前，总局及各地分局已累计向AMC机构开具29张行政处罚决定书，涉及违规事项62项，累计罚款总额达3570余万元，不仅超过去年全年处罚总额，更创下近五年监管处罚新高。
其中，从违规事由分布来看，"非金融机构不良资产收购业务违规"以21次的高频出现位居榜首；此外，"尽职调查严重失职"问题以13次的记录跃居违规类型第二位。
