Payoneer Global Shares Slide After 4Q Earnings Miss

Shares of Payoneer Global fell after the company's fourth-quarter earnings missed analyst projections.

The stock was down 10% at $9.15 in early trading. Shares were changing hands at $5.56 this time a year ago.

The payment platform for small businesses reported a profit of five cents a share for the fourth quarter. Analysts polled by FactSet had been expecting six cents a share.

The small miss is likely driving shares lower, Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer said in a research note. Otherwise, the company's results were strong. Revenue topped expectations, as did guidance for 2025.
