智通财经APP获悉，速腾聚创(02498)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.46%，报50.85港元，成交额8977.16万港元。
消息面上，速腾聚创公布，于2025年2月26日，该公司及配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理配售最多2200万股新股，每股配售股份份46.15港元。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售予承配人，配售净筹约9.89亿港元，约70%拟用于研发；约20%拟用于建设及提升国内外生产线；及约10%拟用于探索潜在战略合作伙伴关系。
高盛此前发布研报称，速腾聚创凭借在灵巧手和视觉领域的显著进展，成功入选全球人形机器人核心产业链企业名单，与特斯拉、英伟达、华为等头部企业并肩。此外，速腾聚创也登榜了大摩最新发布的《The Humanoid 100: Mapping the Humanoid Robot Value Chain》(人形机器人100：绘制人形机器人价值链图谱)报告。
