2月26日，深圳医保与腾讯合作，全面启用DeepSeek大模型与腾讯混元双AI引擎，打造更懂你的智能医保管家。现在，深圳的1700万医保参保人通过微信不仅能快问快答医保问题，还能通过智能助手直接办理近100项贴心医保业务，真正实现"边问边办"的智能新体验。

　　深圳医保全新升级的智能客服搭载了最新AI大模型，用户可以自由地选择擅长推理的DeepSeek，或者可以多维度理解问题的腾讯混元，无论是咨询"生育津贴怎么算"这类复杂政策，还是询问"门诊特定病种如何认定"等专业问题，都能结合具体参保情况，给出精准到位的解答。

　　依托微信医保，现在深圳的医保参保人，还可以在智能客服的对话里“边问边办”，一键直达近100项贴心医保业务。例如：输入"异地看病怎么报销"，立即获取备案指南并直达备案入口；咨询"医保个账怎么给家人用"，对话中直接完成绑定操作；查询"医保卡余额"后，可一键跳转消费明细查询。
