消息面上，自然资源部等六部门联合出台《关于推动海洋能规模化利用的指导意见》。国家能源局新能源和可再生能源司副司长潘慧敏表示，下一步，国家能源局将会同相关部门，围绕推进落实《指导意见》，扎实推进试点地区海洋能资源普查，适时在全国沿海地区推广；积极推动海上风电和波浪能同场开发，提升海洋资源开发效率。西部证券表示，2025年国内海风项目持续推进，看好海上风电长期成长性。
天风证券近期研报指出，看好风电板块高成长性，需求改善下盈利回暖，兼具“成长”和“价值”投资属性。中长期看风电场收益率优势明显，后续风电板块成长性是可预见且可持续的，中长期需求有望超预期，供给格局有望优化。短期看预计Q1出货改善将进一步催化板块，看好风电板块性机会，行业估值迎来整体提升。
