** Shares of Uruguayan fintech dLocal DLO.O jump 7% to $13.80 premarket

** J.P. Morgan upgrades DLO to "overweight" for the first since its New York IPO in 2021 after carrying a "neutral" rating for nearly four years

** Brokerage also raises DLO PT to $18 from $14, an 8.5% upside to stock's last close

** Says now is a good entry point for investors as expectations are lower, and it expects a solid growth path ahead for DLO

** JPM believes revenue momentum outsize Brazil is picking up for DLO as most geographies are far from being as competitive and as digitally penetrated as Brazil

** Three of nine brokerages rate the stock "buy" and six "hold"; their median PT is $10.50, according to data compiled by LSEG

** DLO stock up 14.6% YTD
