　　西部水泥（02233）早盘上涨7.29%，现报1.62港元，成交额7281.73万港元。

　　1月27日，西部水泥公告，斥资370万美元拟收购CILU 91.02%股权。据悉，CILU主要业务为营运位于刚果（金）卢卡拉的综合水泥厂，以及生产及分销水泥、水泥熟料及石灰粉。天风证券研报称，经综合测算，CILU企业价值为1.2亿美元，23年EBITDA为1470万美元，设计水泥产能为每年120万吨，EV/EBITDA为8.2x。
