消息面上，猫眼娱乐发盈警，预计于2024财年的收入约人民币40.5亿元至人民币41.5亿元，同比降低约12.8%至14.9%；公司拥有人应占溢利预计约人民币1.5亿元至人民币2亿元，同比降低约78.0%至83.5%。公司指，2024年度全国电影总票房为人民币425.02亿元，较2023年下降22.6%；观影人次10.1亿，下降22.3%。特别是，2024年下半年包含暑期档、国庆档在内的全国电影总票房下降35.1%；集团的在线电影票务业务也由此受到相应不利影响。
