消息面上，据新华社报道，中共中央政治局2月28日召开会议，讨论国务院拟提请第十四届全国人民代表大会第三次会议审议的《政府工作报告》稿。政治局会议指出稳住楼市股市，防范化解重点领域风险和外部冲击。
汇丰发表研报指，随著更广泛地认同内地房地产市场已见底的观点，投资者从科技股转向地产股。根据以标准化长期盈利计算的不同估值方案估计，内房股隐含上升空间最高达42%。华泰证券则表示，房地产头部企业风险外溢的担忧逐步缓解；相较于2024年的整体性房价调整，2025年有望看到结构性“止跌回稳”；高库存问题在“去库存”政策落地下将得到一定改善。
