金吾财讯 | 恒大汽车(00708)宣布，公司全资附属(卖方)向股份买方出售其20%股权，代价6000万瑞典克朗(约4378万港元)；向票据买方(共同持有股份买方45%的股份)出售本金额为6000万瑞典克朗(约4378万港元)的本票，总对价为3000万瑞典克朗(约2189万港元)。在完成出售事项后，总出售亏损可能达到约2380万瑞典克朗(约1737万港元)。本票由买方向卖方发行，总本金额为6000万瑞典克朗(约4378万港元)，到期日为2025年11月15日，作为买方根据早期出售事项，购买目标公司80%股份所应付对价2.4亿瑞典克朗(约1.75亿港元)的一部分。早期出售事项的余下对价已全数以现金清偿。目标公司持有位于瑞典特罗尔海坦市的物业，总建筑面积约40万平方米，曾为卖方的前生产设施。目标公司乃由恒大汽车透过卖方间接全资拥有。
