Camplify Holdings (ASX:CHL) Chief Financial Officer Andrea MacDougall has stepped down, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Karl Trouchet, a company director, has been appointed as MacDougall's successor in an interim capacity while a search for a permanent CFO is underway.
In line with his appointment, Trouchet has stepped down from his role as chair of the audit and risk committee and as a member of the remuneration committee, per the filing.
Camplify Holdings' shares were down 5% in recent trade.
