Chinese Estates Holdings (HKG:0127) reported a loss attributable to the owners of HK$2.10 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with a profit of HK$76.8 million in the previous year, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
Loss per share was HK$1.105, compared with earnings per share of HK$0.040 in the prior-year period.
The company's revenue was HK$336.8 million compared with HK$479.6 million the previous year.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.03 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
