智通财经APP讯，华人置业(00127)公布2024年业绩，收入约3.37亿港元，同比减少29.77%;毛利约2.8亿港元，同比下跌34.9%;公司拥有人应占亏损约21.08亿港元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损1.105港元，拟派末期股息每股3港仙。
公告称，收入及毛利减少主要由于于本年度(a)租金收入总额减少5260万港元;(b)出售持作买卖的投资收益净额减少4990万港元;及(c)来自一间从事物业发展及买卖的接受投资公司的股息收入减少3800万港元。由盈转亏主要由于于本年度投资物业的公平值减少。
