Frencken Group's (SGX:E28) attributable profit to equity holders declined 7% during the second half of 2024 to SG$19.0 million from SG$20.4 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Earnings per share fell to SG$0.0444 compared with SG$0.0477 in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 8% year over year to SG$421.6 million from SG$391.8 million, mainly due to a 9.3% growth in the mechatronics division.
The group recommended a final dividend of SG$0.0261 per share for 2024.
Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
