智通财经APP讯，槟杰科达(01665)及要约人Puga Holdings Limited、Pentamaster Corporation Berhad联合公布，法院会议已于2025年2月28日(星期五)下午二时正(香港时间)假座香港鲗鱼涌华兰路18号太古坊港岛东中心17楼举行。
就公司法第86条而言，倘该计划获计划股东(以投票方式表决)批准，而该等计划股东所持计划股份价值占亲身或委派代表出席法院会议并于会上投票的计划股东所持计划股份价值不少于75%，则将被视为已获得就该计划须于法院会议取得的批准。
公司已向联交所申请且联交所已批准根据上市规则第6.15(2)条撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，自2025年3月19日(星期三)下午四时正起生效，惟须待该计划生效后方可作实。
董事会宣布，股份买卖单位将由每手2000股股份更改为每手80万股股份，由2025年3月18日(星期二)上午九时正起生效，惟须待该计划生效后，方可作实。预期该计划将于2025年3月17日(星期一)(开曼群岛时间)生效，因此更改每手买卖单位将于生效日期后生效。
