【日本对中国产石墨电极作出反倾销初裁】金十数据2月28日讯，2月28日，日本经济产业省与财务省发布联合声明称，由于“进口倾销产品对日本国内产业造成实质损害”，日本对中国生产的石墨电极作出反倾销初裁。声明称，日方后续将为利害关系方提供针对初裁决定提交证据、表达意见的机会，并将继续依据WTO规则和国内相关法规开展调查，在最终确定是否存在倾销商品进口、是否对日本产业造成实质性损害的事实后决定是否征收反倾销税。
