2月27日，九州通（600998）发布公告，汇添富九州通医药REIT自2025年2月27日起在上海证券交易所上市，交易代码为“508084”，基金场内简称为“九州通R”。此次REIT的最终募集基金份额为4亿份，发售价格为2.895元/份，总募集资金为11.58亿元。

本次医药仓储物流基础设施公募REITs的发行上市旨在盘活公司的医药仓储物流资产，回笼权益性资金，促进主营业务的快速发展。公告中提到，预计将增加公司2025年度净利润不超过7亿元，具体数据需以会计师事务所年度审计结果为准。这一举措不仅能显现公司优质资产的公允价值，还能提升公司的市场价值，实现双上市平台的协同共赢。

2024年前三季度，九州通实现收入1134.29亿元，归母净利润16.96亿元。
