消息面上，ASMPT公布2024年财报，期内销售收入132.29亿港元(16.9亿美元)，同比跌10%；纯利3.45亿港元，同比跌51.7%；每股盈利83港仙。派息共32港仙，包括每股末期息7港仙及特别息25港仙，上年同期派78港仙。
集团预期，短期内，集团先进封装销售收入的增长将因主流市场，特别是汽车及工业的持续疲软而被抵销。因此，集团预计2025年第一季度的销售收入将在3.7亿美元至4.3亿美元之间，以其中位数计按年持平，按季则下降9%。
