智通财经APP讯，远东发展(00035)公布，于2025年2月25日，公司的间接全资附属Quality Drive Limited拟向AMTD IDEA Group出售Quality Hornsey Propco Limited(酒店物业公司)全部已发行股本，酒店代价为2265.6万英镑(相当于约2.22亿港元)，另加酒店目标集团的资产净值(不包括酒店物业的价值)。
同日，公司的间接全资附属Hornsey TH Holdco Limited拟向AMTD IDEA Group出售Hornsey TH PropCo Limited(市政厅物业公司)全部已发行股本，市政厅代价为2454.4万英镑(相当于约2.4亿港元)，另加市政厅目标集团的资产净值(不包括市政厅物业的价值)。
董事估计，于酒店完成后，预期该集团自酒店交易 取得收益约632万英镑;于市政厅完成后，预期该集团自市政厅交易取得收益约844.2万英镑。
公告称，集团核心业务之一为发展、拥有及营运酒店。酒店目标集团为营运酒店物业(一间由该集团发展 的酒店)并拥有其物业所有权 的公司的所有权。市政厅目标集团为营运市政厅物业(由该集团发展，为集团的非核心资产)并拥有其物业所有权的公司的所有权。
董事认为，该交易将会(其中包括)：变现酒店物业及市政厅物业的价值;使该交易所得收益得以变现及资本可循环投资;及增加流动资金及减少资产负债净额。该交易与集团释放其酒店组合发展溢利及出售非核心资产的策略一致。
