智通财经APP获悉，餐饮股走势强劲，截至发稿，奈雪的茶(02150)涨30.08%，报1.73港元；海伦司(09869)涨9.13%，报2.27港元；呷哺呷哺(00520)涨6.9%，报0.93港元；九毛九(09922)涨5.28%，报2.99港元；海底捞(06862)涨4.14%，报16.1港元。
德邦证券表示，餐饮供应链板块整体2024年业绩承压，期待后续终端需求回暖。由于终端需求持续减弱，餐饮供应链企业整体缺少增长动能，目前大部分公司估值水平已经处于历史较低水平，安全边际充足。后续期待伴随政策面促进终端消费，公司业绩能够筑底反弹，建议关注业绩韧性更强的龙头公司和后续需求有望修复的弹性标的。天风证券指出，竞争激烈下下游连锁化餐企优势更明显，降本增效诉求仍强。中长期餐饮供应链行业渗透率+集中度提升空间广阔，龙头有望充分享受红利。
此外，茶饮股今日均表现强劲，奈雪的茶大涨超30%，茶百道最高涨超9%，古茗则涨超8%。2月26日上午，蜜雪冰城公开发售环节认购结束，融资认购倍数达到5125倍，认购金额达到1.77万亿港元，远超2021年快手创下的1.26万亿港元纪录，成为港股新一代“冻资王”。国泰君安指出，现制饮品价格战趋缓，竞争格局优化。该行指，蜜雪冰城为平价现制饮品龙头，规模、供应链、品牌力壁垒高企，拥有卓越的先发优势，后来者难以超越。古茗研发推新能力强，国内开店空间依然广阔。
