券商板块尾盘加速跳水，截至发稿，中金公司跌超9%，盘中一度触及跌停；中国银河跌超7%，西南证券、锦龙股份跌超5%，哈投股份、中信建投跌约4%。

此前两日，券商股尾盘频频异动，中国银河连续两日涨停，中金公司两日大涨超17%。

中金公司26日晚间发布澄清公告称，近日，公司关注到有市场传闻称公司将与中国银河证券股份有限公司进行合并。截至公告披露日，公司未得到任何来自政府部门、监管机构或公司股东有关上述传闻的书面或口头的信息。经公司与控股股东中央汇金投资有限责任公司确认，控股股东不存在筹划上述传闻所称事项或其他涉及公司的应披露而未披露的重大事项，公司亦无应披露而未披露的信息。中国银河同日晚间亦对市场传闻作出了澄清。

对于该板块，国泰君安证券认为，券商板块有望迎来盈利估值双升。当前券商板块估值性价比已现，资本市场回稳向好有望推动券商基本面改善超预期，叠加行业供给侧改革有望提速，建议增持券商板块。
