智通财经APP讯，利华控股集团(01346)公布2024年业绩，收益约2.23亿美元，同比增加约6.9%;母公司拥有人应占溢利约1714.48万美元，同比增长9.77%;每股盈利2.7美分，末期股息每股7港仙。
公告称，收益增加主要由于集团成功赢得新客户;及与现有客户在多个产品类别中，实现更深入的渗透及提高有机增长。公司成功扩展新客户及现有客户的市场占有率。供应链效率的提升及技术整合的推动为扩张提供了支持，从而实现了具有竞争力的定价及更高的销量。
净利增长主要归因于以下因素：由于新客户及现有客户的业务扩展，毛利增加约360万美元;行政开支由2023年约2010万美元减少至2024年约1940万美元。该减少主要归因于 2024年成功招聘并填补多个关键职位，更佳的招聘策略及员工效率的提高;贸易应收款项减值亏损由2023年约30万美元增加至2024年约300万美元，主要原因是集团最大客户的母公司透过美国破产法院提起法律诉讼。尽管公司已采取信用风险控制措施以降低影响，但应收账款仍受到影响。然而，公司透过该客户的新所有者获得新的业务机会，成功抵销贸易应收款项减值亏损。
