A second former Slater and Gordon human resources manager is suing the troubled workers’ rights law firm, claiming she was suspended after complaining about working conditions and for reporting the discovery of a decade-long underpayment.
The allegations were aired in a small claims filing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court by former payroll manager Bridgett Maddox, who left Slater and Gordon last year after the firm alleged she had allocated a $200 gift voucher to her personal email account.
