新华社北京2月27日电 近日，国际电工委员会（IEC）正式发布由我国牵头制定的养老机器人国际标准。这项标准依据老年人生理和行为特点，为各类养老机器人的产品设计、制造、测试和认证等提供基准，将引领全球养老机器人产业健康发展。

这是记者27日从市场监管总局获悉的。据介绍，此项标准聚焦老年人在日常生活、健康护理等各个方面的需求和特征，基于老年用户所需的辅助支持水平，提出养老机器人的功能和性能分类，除了可用性、可靠性、无障碍、能耗和噪声等通用要求以外，还对养老机器人提供的健康状况和紧急情况监测服务，与家人及医护人员的通信支持，多样化的家务、娱乐、家居管理、照护等活动支持，外出和助行等移动性支持，信息和数据管理性能等分别提出了技术要求。

此项标准的发布实施将引导养老机器人制造商精准聚焦老年人的生理心理特点及需求，进行养老机器人产品的设计开发，提升产品质量水平，进一步引领打造养老机器人产业新赛道。
