智通财经APP讯，融创中国(01918)公布，有关中国信达(香港)资产管理有限公司针对该公司发出的清盘呈请，公司已就呈请向高等法院申请关于公司股份转让的认可令， 该申请已于2025年2月28日获高等法院批准。
在公司获授认可令后， 尽管有针对公司发出的呈请， 自提出呈请之日起所有公司已发行及缴足股份的转让均不会因公司( 清盘及杂项条文 )条例第182条而属无效。
