消息面上，百威亚太公布业绩，2024财政年度收入62.46亿美元，按年内生减少7%，或按呈报基准计减少8.9%；股东应占溢利7.26亿美元，或按呈报基准计按年跌14.8%。2024年销量84.8亿升啤酒，按年内生减少8.8%，或按呈报基准计减少8.6%。董事会已建议派付7.5亿美元股息或每股5.66美仙，较上一年增加7%。
此外，百威亚太公告，全球首席供应链运营官程衍俊接替杨克担任百威亚太首席执行官及联席主席一职，自2025年4月1日起生效。杨克将在担任百威亚太首席执行官及联席主席7年后离任，并在AB InBev任职23年后离开，寻求其他发展机会。
