Thomson Medical Group (SGX:A50) has priced SG$25.0 million in 4.65% notes due 2029, which will be consolidated with its existing SG$160 million issuance from October 2024, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Issued under its SG$1.00 billion debt program, the notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange and sold to institutional and accredited investors.
Proceeds will be used for corporate purposes, including refinancing and expansion.
