3月1日，生物技术公司Magnet Biomedicine周五宣布，已与礼来达成一项价值高达12.5亿美元的许可协议，双方将利用Magnet的TrueGlue发现平台共同开发癌症药物。
根据协议，Magnet将从礼来获得高达4000万美元的预付款和近期付款以及股权，作为双方启动研究的资金支持。双方将利用Magnet的TrueGlue平台开发用于癌症治疗的分子胶疗法。
此外，Magnet还有资格根据开发、监管和商业里程碑的实现情况，获得全球净销售额的分级特许权使用费以及超过12.5亿美元的里程碑付款。
据了解，Magnet的TrueGlue平台旨在开发能够促进蛋白质间相互作用并在患者中产生具有临床意义的治疗反应的小分子。
Magnet首席执行官Brian Safina表示：“礼来致力于创新，并在为患者带来变革性药物方面拥有深厚的专业知识，这使其成为Magnet的理想合作伙伴，我们将共同挖掘分子胶的未开发潜力。”
