International Business Machines (IBM) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of cloud infrastructure and security company HashiCorp.
Hashicorp's Terraform and Vault offerings are now available on IBM's automation software portfolio.
IBM completed the acquisition by purchasing all of the issued and outstanding common shares of HashiCorp for $35 per share in cash, for a total enterprise value of $6.4 billion.
