Swire Properties (HKG:1972) plans to launch 1,652 residential units across three projects this year, with The Headland Residences in Chai Wan launching in the next quarter, the standard reported on Tuesday.
Other projects include 6 Deep Water Bay Road and The Southside Phase 4 in Wong Chuk Hang, La Montagne, the Standard said.
The Headland Residences, comprising 850 units in two phases, received presale approval, with sales materials and show flats nearing completion, the publication said, citing Adrian To Wai-yip, the company's director of residential.
