智通财经APP获悉，蒙牛乳业(02319)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨3.7%，报18.5港元，成交额3.18亿港元。
消息面上，近日，蒙牛乳业发布盈利预警公告称，旗下贝拉米将有商誉和相关无形资产减值拨备，及联营公司现代牧业发生乳牛公允价值变动亏损和相关商誉减值。两项因素导致蒙牛2024年报表端净利润同比大幅下降，触发盈利预警。中金认为，蒙牛发盈警主要是受到累减值拨备，但撇除有关因素，蒙牛去年自然利润率增长超出市场预期。
高盛发布研报称，蒙牛乳业近日发盈警，但股价表现正面反映蒙牛在去年经济下行周期中良好的成本控制和营运效率改善能力，同时认为盈利能见度和估值重估仍有进一步上升空间。该行在蒙牛发盈警后，将去年经常性盈利预测上调17%，2025至2026年预测则上调约8至9%，主要受惠于有效的开支控制，以及持续的成本效益，尤其是今年上半年原奶价格下跌所带来的成本效益。
