　　中国银河公告，近日关注到有市场传闻称公司将与中国国际金融股份有限公司进行合并。公司澄清，截至本公告披露日，未得到任何来自于政府部门、监管机构或公司控股股东、实际控制人有关上述传闻的书面或口头的信息。经公司与控股股东中国银河金融控股有限责任公司及实际控制人中央汇金投资有限责任公司确认，控股股东及实际控制人不存在筹划上述传闻所称事项或其他涉及公司的应披露而未披露的重大事项，公司亦无应披露而未披露的信息。
