智通财经APP讯，东软睿新集团(09616)发布公告，于2025年2月26日，集团广东学院通过公开竞拍方式(i)以人民币8363万元成功竞得佛山市自然资源局于网上公开挂牌要约出售的位于中国广东省佛山市南海区的地块A的土地使用权，及(ii)以约人民币2490万元成功竞得佛山市自然资源局于网上公开挂牌要约出售的位于中国广东省佛山市南海区的地块B的土地使用权。预计广东学院将于2025年3月5日或之前取得收购地块A与地块B的成交确认书。预计广东学院与佛山市自然资源局将于2025年3月10日或前后分别就地块A及地块B的土地收购事项订立土地使用权出让合同。
土地A位置为广东省佛山市南海区狮山镇灯塔社区纵二路北侧05-02-19地块。土地B位置为广东省佛山市南海区狮山镇灯塔社区纵二路西侧05-03-04地块。
公告称，该等地块毗邻广东学院。为了提升广东学院的规模并丰富配套设施，以集团“教医养康旅”一体化的战略为核心，集团计划收购该等地块土地使用权拟用于建设东软国际会议中心与大学科技园，包括学生实践实训基地、科技研发中心、国际会议中心、商务酒店、酒店式公寓等设施。同时，考虑到与广东学院毗邻土地的稀缺性，集团认为此次购地机遇难得。
