Suzhou Basecare Medical's (HKG:2170) subsidiary Genea Biomedx agreed to cooperate with Rhea Labs to establish model artificial intelligence-powered in vitro fertilization clinics.
The five-year strategic cooperation will see the parties jointly expand the assisted reproductive industry markets across the US, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Under the tie-up, Genea Biomedx will provide medical products and comprehensive solutions to support the development of Rhea Labs' reproductive institutions and jointly collaborate to develop AI-powered new products.
