消息面上，新鸿基地产发布截至2024年12月31日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入399.33亿港元，同比增加44.99%；公司股东应占溢利75.23亿港元，同比减少17.74%；拟派发中期股息每股0.95港元，与上年同期持平。撇除投资物业公平价值变动及计入出售投资物业已变现公平价值收益，中期基础溢利为104.63亿港元，同比增长18%；营业溢利为120.98亿港元，同比增长10.5%。
高盛下调对该公司2025财年基本每股盈利预测6%，保持对2026财年预测不变，下调2027财年预测3%，下调对该公司2025-2027财年每股股息预测5%，5%，3%。预计2025财年股息将持平在3.75港元，2026财年开始增长。预计派息比率(DPO)约为46%，低于此前五年的平均51%。
