新浪科技讯 2月25日午间消息，格力电器今日连续发布多条独立董事候选人声明与承诺书，公告透露格力电器董事会将进行董事会换届。其中，公司第十二届董事会提名董明珠、张伟、张军督、舒立志、钟成堡为第十三届董事会非独立董事候选人，任期自股东大会审议通过之日起三年。

　　这意味着，董明珠将有望连任格力电器非独立董事并继续出任董事长，此外，格力电器副总裁舒立志和总工程师、总裁助理钟成堡首次进入非独立董事候选人名单。近日，董明珠曾在公开分享中透露，“已在不同的平台上看中几个接班苗子”，在业界看来，舒立志和钟成堡或是董明珠看中的接班“苗子”之一。

　　新面孔之外，也有人不再连任。其中，董明珠“闺蜜”刘姝威将不再连任格力电器独立董事。

　　上述格力电器董事会换届及新一届董事候选人提名议案，尚需提交格力电器股东大会审议。（文猛）
