【远洋集团将对境内债务再次重组，已有四只债券停牌】金十数据2月25日讯，2月25日，远洋集团旗下债券H18远洋1、H19远洋1、H19远洋2、H21远洋1四只债券停牌，四只公司债面临偿付，但均有30天宽限期条款。发行人北京远洋控股集团有限公司称，公司将在宽限期内持续与投资人沟通，努力制定和落实相关问题的解决方案，争取妥善解决相关债务问题。按照此前的展期方案，H18远洋1、H19远洋1、H19远洋2、H21远洋1四只债券分别应于3月2日、6月20日、6月20日和8月12日支付5%的本金。有知情人士透露，远洋集团将再次对境内债券进行重组。在此之前，远洋在2023年7月至2024年1月之间已经调整七只公司债券的本金及利息偿付安排并调整增信措施。
