新鸿基地产(00016)发展的天水围轻铁天荣站项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，周一(24日)首度披露项目布局图及户型分布。新地代理总经理胡致远称，今期为1座楼高46层的住宅大楼，提供525个单位，标准分层单位占整体单位约96.6%，共设有8种户型。

 

他续指，开放式厨房单位涵盖一房、两房、两房连储物房、三房、三房连化妆室及三房一套间隔。而标准厨房单位则涵盖两房及三房一套连工作间间隔。另设有特色户。多元化的单位间隔，迎合年轻家庭及企业专才的居住需要。

 

发展商指，项目为区内唯一位处轻铁天荣站上盖的大型住宅项目，邻近天水围公园，毗邻公共交通运输交汇处。
