　　龙蟠科技（02465）早盘一度涨超10%，截至发稿，股价上涨8.13%，现报6.78港元，成交额9314.51万港元。

　　龙蟠科技此前表示，公司全资子公司三金锂电主要专注于固态电池前驱体的开发，目前已建成一期5000吨产能。另外，龙蟠科技近期公告称，为积极拓展海外市场，提升公司在锂电材料领域的市场竞争力和海外影响力，公司三级控股子公司锂源印尼拟通过增资扩股方式引入LG新能源作为战略投资者。交易完成后，LG新能源将取得锂源印尼20%股权。
