贝莱德增持阿里巴巴 持股比例升至5.01%
2月27日，香港交易所信息显示，贝莱德在阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司（以下简称“阿里巴巴”）的持股比例于近日从4.93%升至5.01%。
贝莱德作为全球最大的资产管理机构，财报显示，截至2024年底，贝莱德资产管理规模达11.6万亿美元，全年资金净流入达6410亿美元，创历史纪录。
阿里巴巴近日发布的2025财年第三季度业绩显示，报告期内，电商业务增长加快，阿里云商业化收入重回双位数增长，AI相关产品收入连续六季度保持同比三位数增长。阿里巴巴首席执行官吴泳铭表示：“我们将继续执行聚焦电商和云计算的战略，持续投入以推动长期增长。”
2月26日，标普全球评级表示，尽管加大对云和AI的资本支出，阿里巴巴仍将保持大规模净现金。该公司核心电商业务的强劲现金流、潜在出售非核心资产所得以及减少股份回购将支撑支出。
有电商行业分析师对记者表示：“过去一年，阿里巴巴主动求变，变革成效显著。完成业务减重与战略聚焦后，阿里巴巴将在新的发展阶段更加专注于科技和消费这两大核心领域。站在新技术周期的起点，AI有望成为阿里巴巴面向未来的新增长引擎。”
