AEON CREDIT续签AFS日本顾问协议 年度上限1440万港元
2月28日，AEON CREDIT（00900）发布公告，2025年2月28日，公司与AFS日本签订了2025年续订的商务顾问服务协议，服务期限为2025年3月1日至2026年2月28日，为期一年。AFS日本作为公司的控股股东，提供与金融行业相关的咨询和顾问服务，包括业务策略、市场及品牌策略、融资安排等。
根据协议，预计截至2026年2月28日的最大年度应付交易总额为1440万港元。过去三年内，公司支付给AFS日本的年度交易总额分别为1174万港元、967万港元和1116万港元。此次续订协议的年度上限适用百分比超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需遵守相关上市规则的申报和公告规定，但不需独立股东批准。此项交易被认为是公司的一般及日常业务，且其条款符合公司及股东的整体利益。
