兴证国际间接全资附属公司认购青岛蓝谷债券5000万元
2月28日，兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公司的间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月27日通过兴证国际证券及其他牵头经办人认购了青岛蓝谷投资发展集团有限公司发行的债券，认购总额为5000万元（约合5331万港元），该金额不包括交易成本。
此次认购事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成公司的须予披露交易，因此需要遵守上市规则第14章的申报及公告规定，但获得豁免股东批准的要求。
债券的主要条款包括固定年利率6.80%，发行日期为2025年3月4日，到期日为2028年3月4日。
