路透2月24日 - 星巴克（Starbucks） SBUX.O 周一表示，随着首席执行官尼可（Brian Niccol）推进这家咖啡连锁企业扭亏为盈的工作，该公司将裁撤 1,100 个企业工作岗位。
尼可在致员工的一封信中表示："我们正在精简架构、简化层级，创建更小、更灵活的团队。我们的目的在于提高运营效率，加强问责制，降低复杂性，推动更好的整合。"
尼可去年接任CEO职务，当时由于美国和中国需求疲软，公司股价从 2021 年高点下跌了 40%。尼可执掌六个月以来，星巴克股价已反弹超过 22%，周一收盘上涨1.3%。
根据2024年的公司报告，星巴克在美国拥有约 21.1 万名员工，在全球拥有约 15 万名员工。(完)
