Verisk Analytics Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2025 Outlook Issued

Verisk Analytics (VRSK) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.61 per diluted share, up from $1.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $735.6 million, compared with $677.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $733.7 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $6.80 to $7.10. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.33. Revenue is estimated at $3.03 billion to $3.08 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.09 billion.

Verisk Analytics said its board recently approved a 15% in quarterly dividend to $0.45 per share, payable March 31 to shareholders as of March 14.

The company's shares were down 5% in recent premarket activity.
