【工银投资、交银投资入股宝冶集团】金十数据2月27日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，上海宝冶集团有限公司发生工商变更，新增工银金融资产投资有限公司、交银金融资产投资有限公司为股东，注册资本由约52.9亿人民币增至约57.8亿人民币，同时部分主要人员也发生变更。上海宝冶集团有限公司成立于2003年1月，法定代表人为高武久，经营范围含道路货物运输、测绘服务、房地产开发经营等，现由中国中冶、中冶建筑研究总院有限公司等及上述新增股东共同持股。
