恒大汽车(00708.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB于去年11月25日订立股份买卖协议。据悉，附属公司同意向Logistikfastigheter i Trollhattan AB出售目标公司“AB Trollhattan Propellern 13”两成股份，总对价为6,000万瑞典克朗(折合约4,378万港元)。另外，附属公司亦订立本票出售协议，同意向ASI及DI出售本金总额为6,000万瑞典克朗(折合约4,378万港元)的本票，总对价为3,000万瑞典克朗(折合约2,189万港元)。
公告披露，目标公司曾由恒大汽车间接全资拥有，并于瑞典成立。卖方此前已进行了早期出售事项，出售了80%股份予买方。2012年，National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB主要从事汽车研发及制造业务。目标公司为一间投资控股公司，其持有土地及楼宇。物业位于瑞典特罗尔海坦市，总建筑面积约为40万平方米，曾为卖方的前生产设施。
公告指，在完成出售事项后，总出售亏损可能达到约2,380万瑞典克朗(折合约1,737万港元)。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
