Willis Towers Watson Raises Dividend 5%

Willis Towers Watson raised its quarterly dividend 5% to 92 cents a share from 88 cents.

The London-based, advisory and brokering company said Monday its board approved the payout for the quarter that ended Dec. 31.

The new payout, equal to $3.68 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.1%, based on Friday's closing price of $325.95.

The dividend will be payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 31.
