【Gotbit创始人因涉嫌操纵加密货币市场被引渡至美国】金色财经报道，Gotbit创始人兼CEO、俄罗斯公民Aleksei Andriunin因涉嫌“代表客户加密货币公司操纵加密货币市场”，已被引渡至美国。美国马萨诸塞州检察官办公室称，Andriunin于周三出庭，并被联邦大陪审团以“电汇欺诈和合谋操纵市场及电汇欺诈”罪名起诉。 Andriunin于去年10月在葡萄牙被捕。检方指控其通过创建加密货币公司、虚假宣传代币并进行洗盘交易，制造交易活跃的假象并抬高特定代币价格。 此外，ZM Quant、CLS Global和MyTrade等公司也牵涉其中。检方称，Andriunin在2019年的一次采访中承认开发了用于“洗盘交易”的代码，以人为增加交易量，从而使代币在CoinMarketCap上架并在大型交易所交易。 若电汇欺诈罪名成立，Andriunin“可判处最高 20 年监禁、最高 3 年监外执行、最高 25 万美元罚款或犯罪总收益或损失的两倍，以及赔偿和没收”
