Manulife US REIT (SGX:BTOU) completed the divestment of its property in New Jersey, US, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
In an earlier filing, the REIT had agreed to sell the said property, named Plaza, to 500 Plaza Ground Lessor, an unrelated third-party, for $51.8 million.
The divestment is part of the REIT's strategy to repay 2026 debts of around $204 million by June 30.
